SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Welcome to Mrs. Spry’s Everlasting Sweet Potato Pies we take great pride in our produce To deliver in the best condition on the requested delivery date if at all possible. Here at Mrs. Spry’s, we will do our best to reduce the risk of shipping frozen food. Unfortunately, some things are outside of our control like the weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Mrs. Spry’s is unable to guarantee shipping, arrival date, or time of delivery because this is subject to the local carrier. Most packages are delivered between 8 am-8 pm. If you are placing an order, we recommend placing your order 10 days before your event + 5 days during the holiday season. All of our products are frozen upon arrival to preserve freshness, therefore we reserve the right to deliver a few days before the delivery date. Mrs. Spry’s reserves the right to reschedule based on operational conditions. Mrs. Spry’s is not responsible for delays in transit, weather, natural disasters, local carrier mis-scans, or inaccurate/incomplete shipping Information. Mrs. Spry’s is not responsible for packages not being delivered because no one is at home. We do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is an individual delivery person’s discretion, therefore entirely outside of our control. Mrs. Spry’s Customers are responsible for checking shipping information is correct before submitting an order. Once the package is shipped we cannot change the address, Mrs. Spry’s is not responsible for the wrong Address.
RETURN POLICY:
All items are final sale. If an item arrives damaged or spoiled, our customer support team will work with you to determine an appropriate solution. Please reach out to our team at Mrssprys@gmail.com to resolve the issue within 15 days of delivery. There are no returns, refunds, or cancellations allowed on any orders. We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
TERMS:
Mrs. Spry’s policies to offer, and sell certain food and related goods within a fixed price format, on Mrs. Spry’s website. The user agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions. By using Mrs. Spry’s you agree to accept all terms of use and agreement. The agreement is effective on April 14, 2021, for current users and upon acceptance for new users.
